HR Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform overall HR operations including attendance, personnel records, and employment contracts
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Execute recruitment operations and candidate communication
• Support evaluation, compensation, and policy implementation
• Improve organizational culture and employee experience
• Support training and learning programs
• Respond to HR issues and collaborate with related departments

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience
• Practical experience in recruitment, HR operations, evaluation, and compensation
• Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and responsible work ethic
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proactive problem-solving and execution capabilities
• No disqualifications for overseas business trips

Preferred Qualifications

• HR experience in gaming, content, or IT industries
• Basic understanding of labor laws and personnel management
• Experience in small organizations or startup environments
• Experience with HR systems or data management
