HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, email, or chat queries related to HR following client policies and procedures.
• Resolve employee and manager inquiries regarding HR systems, processes, and policies.
• Investigate issues related to incorrect payments or personnel records.
• Provide subject matter guidance to junior team members and act as a team lead.
• Assist with the completion of appropriate forms and advise on benefit plan options.
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes and methods to increase efficiency.
• Maintain and manage personnel forms and records accurately.

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience navigating complex HR systems and databases.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve atypical problems and investigate record discrepancies.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures while providing technical expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective information exchange and query resolution.
