HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries via telephone, email, or chat following established client policies and procedures.
• Assist employees and managers with HR system navigation, process completion, and policy interpretation.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect personnel records or payments.
• Provide subject matter guidance to junior team members and act as a technical lead for the team.
• Advise employees on benefit plan options and maintain accurate personnel forms and records.
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes and methods to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience navigating complex HR systems and databases.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve atypical problems and investigate record discrepancies.
• Ability to work autonomously while following established procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective information exchange and client service.
