HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, email, or chat queries related to HR following client policies and procedures.
• Resolve inquiries quickly and assist employees and managers with HR system navigation, processes, and policies.
• Investigate issues raised by employees regarding incorrect payments or personnel records.
• Provide information to employees and HR departments regarding personnel forms and records.
• Advise employees on benefit plan options and initiate appropriate actions as required.
• Act as a team lead by providing subject matter guidance to junior team members and coordinating work assignments.
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes and methods to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced analytical and operational expertise within HR processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle atypical issues without precedent.
• Proven ability to work autonomously within established procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective exchange of information and ideas.
• Experience in data organization and coordination for business support.
