HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, email, or chat queries related to HR following client policies and procedures.
• Resolve employee and manager inquiries regarding HR systems, processes, and policies.
• Investigate issues related to incorrect payments or incorrect personnel records.
• Assist with the completion of appropriate forms and provide information on personnel records.
• Advise employees on benefit plan options and initiate appropriate HR actions.
• Act as a technical lead by providing subject matter guidance to junior team members.
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes and methods to increase efficiency.

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in HR system navigation and administrative support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve atypical issues.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective information exchange.
• Experience acting as a team lead or coordinating the work of others.
