HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries via telephone, email, or chat following established client policies and procedures.
• Assist employees and managers with HR system navigation, process completion, and policy guidance.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect personnel records or payments.
• Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to junior team members.
• Act as a team lead by coordinating work assignments and proposing process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Advise employees on benefit plan options and maintain accurate personnel forms and records.

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced analytical and operational expertise within HR processes.
• Strong organizational and data coordination skills.
• Proven ability to solve atypical problems with little to no precedent.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to exchange information and ideas effectively.
