HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, email, or chat queries related to HR following client policies and procedures
• Resolve employee and manager inquiries regarding HR systems, processes, and policies
• Investigate issues related to incorrect payments or personnel records
• Provide information to employees and HR departments regarding personnel forms and records
• Advise employees on benefit plan options
• Act as a team lead by providing subject matter guidance to junior team members and coordinating work
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes and methods to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced analytical and operational expertise within HR processes
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Proven ability to solve atypical problems with little to no precedent
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective exchange of information and ideas
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures
