HR Solutions Services Associate IV

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, email, or chat queries related to HR following client policies and procedures
• Resolve employee inquiries quickly and effectively
• Assist employees and managers with HR system navigation, processes, and policy compliance
• Investigate issues related to incorrect payments or personnel records
• Provide information regarding personnel forms, records, and benefit plan options
• Act as a team lead by providing subject matter guidance to junior team members and coordinating work
• Propose improvements to existing HR processes and methods to increase efficiency

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Advanced analytical and operational expertise within HR processes
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Proven ability to solve atypical problems with little or no precedent
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective information exchange
