About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare benefit calculations and reports, including vendor billings, employee leave, and terminations
- Manage year-end benefit statements and maintain accurate benefit records
- Assist with the benefit open enrollment process, including system testing and employee self-service updates
- Guide employees through the completion of forms, claims, and benefit/premium calculations
- Liaise with actuarial staff, consultants, and insurance company representatives on behalf of employees
- Process relocation documentation and payments, including inbound contracts and visa assistance
- Prepare employment offer letters, terms, and conditions
- Comply with all company policies and operational standards
Requirements
- Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
- Proficiency in analytical and operational processes
- Strong data organizing and coordination skills
- Ability to work with limited supervision and handle atypical assignments
- Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
