HR Solutions Services Associate III

Responsibilities

• Prepare benefit calculations and reports, including vendor billings, employee leave, and terminations
• Manage year-end benefit statements and maintain accurate benefit records
• Assist with the benefit open enrollment process, including system testing and employee self-service updates
• Guide employees through forms, claims, and the calculation of benefits and premiums
• Liaise with actuarial staff, consultants, and insurance company representatives on behalf of employees
• Process relocation documentation and payments, including inbound contracts and visas
• Prepare employment offer letters, terms, and conditions
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and act as a resource for colleagues

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in analytical or operational processes
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle atypical assignments
• Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
