HR Solutions Services Associate III

Responsibilities

• Prepare benefit calculations and reports, including vendor billings, employee leave, and terminations
• Manage year-end benefit statements and maintain accurate benefit record updates
• Assist with the benefit open enrollment process, including system testing and employee self-service updates
• Guide employees through the completion of forms, claims, and the calculation of benefits and premiums
• Liaise with actuarial staff, senior consultants, and insurance company representatives on behalf of employees
• Process relocation documentation and payments, including inbound contracts and visa assistance
• Prepare employment offer letters, terms, and conditions
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members and act as a resource for colleagues

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in operational processes
• Excellent data organizing and coordination skills
• Ability to work with limited supervision and handle atypical assignments
• Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
