HR Solutions Services Associate II

Responsibilities

• Manage client employee data for recruitment records, online tests, and travel expenses
• Coordinate logistics for recruiting events with vendors and prepare event reports
• Administer pre-employment screening checks in collaboration with other departments and vendors
• Ensure proper paperwork for new candidates, including medical and fit reports
• Ensure new hires have required information and instruction in preparation for their first day of work
• Comply with all company policies and standards

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience
• Experience in data organizing and coordination
• Ability to work within established procedures and practices
• Strong interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas effectively
