Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records through accurate data entry
• Perform calculations for outstanding payments related to terminations or leaves of absence
• Coordinate termination details to ensure company assets are returned and system access is revoked
• Compile data for regular review and reporting purposes
• Perform routine analysis for internal review as assigned
• Comply with all company policies, standards, and quality guidelines

Requirements

• Vocational training, certifications, or equivalent professional experience
• Basic operational and analytical skills
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
• Ability to work within clearly defined standard operating procedures
• Effective interpersonal skills for exchanging information and ideas
