Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records through accurate data entry
• Perform calculations for outstanding payments related to terminations or leaves of absence
• Coordinate termination details to ensure assets are returned and system access is revoked
• Compile data for review, reporting, and routine internal analysis
• Follow established standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Comply with all company policies and standards

Requirements

• Basic operational and analytical skills
• Strong data organizing and coordination skills
