HR & Soft Skills Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training modules on HR topics and essential soft skills such as Leadership, Communication, and Negotiation.
• Facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, including corporate clients, leadership teams, and employees at all levels.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop a strategic L&D roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end training cycle, including scheduling, delivery, and post-training evaluation using the Kirkpatrick Model.
• Utilize virtual training platforms (Zoom, Zoho Meeting) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track progress and program effectiveness.
• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to managers and high-potential employees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Active professional certification such as SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHRi, PHRi, or CIPD.
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience specifically in HR and Soft Skills training.
• Demonstrated expertise in facilitating training through both in-person and virtual modes.
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage audiences dynamically.
• Proficiency in LMS, MS Office Suite, and virtual training technologies.
• Strong analytical abilities to measure training ROI and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within the training and development industry, consulting firms, or the academic/education sector.
