HR Site Leader

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end HR agenda for the Belgian site (±180 employees), balancing business needs, people experience, and compliance
• Act as a trusted advisor to the local leadership team on people leadership, performance management, and engagement
• Manage employee and labor relations at the site level, fostering constructive dialogue and chairing the local work council
• Lead a small HR team, providing direction and strong leadership on site-specific HR topics
• Translate global HR strategies, policies, and tools into practical, compliant local solutions
• Drive talent, learning, and workforce initiatives that support business objectives and the ZF Way principles

Requirements

• University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience as an HR generalist
• Proven experience leading a small team
• Strong knowledge of Belgian social legislation and labor relations
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Experience working within a matrix organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the SaaS or automotive industries
