HR Site Lead

Responsibilities

• Act as the accountable HR owner for all Luxembourg statutory, regulatory, and supervisory obligations.
• Represent the HR function at local Board and Executive Committee meetings, providing governance input and escalation.
• Ensure HR policies and frameworks meet local legal and regulatory authority expectations.
• Oversee HR risk assessments, audit findings, and regulatory remediation actions.
• Serve as the primary HR interface with the Luxembourg Staff Delegation and lead statutory consultation processes.
• Act as the senior HR escalation point for local business leaders and management.
• Integrate global HR programmes with local legal and governance requirements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience operating within a highly regulated environment, ideally in financial services.
• Senior HR leadership experience with strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
• Proven capability in governance, risk management, and regulatory engagement.
• Experience operating effectively within a global, matrixed HR operating model.
• Strong decision-making, escalation management, and accountability mindset.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.
