HR Shared Services Senior Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and enable the delivery team to achieve high engagement and consistent delivery of high-quality HR services.
• Provide oversight for day-to-day operations, including workload planning, prioritization, and ensuring service requests are completed accurately.
• Take ownership of HR service delivery for processes such as Onboarding, Offboarding, and Leave Management.
• Monitor ticket volumes, resolution performance, and service levels to maintain high standards of responsiveness and employee experience.
• Drive service quality through regular reviews of accuracy, turnaround times, and performance metrics to minimize rework.
• Identify process gaps and operational risks, recommending improvements to enhance service efficiency and scalability.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with global and regional stakeholders to drive alignment and manage expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 12-14 years of HR coordination or administration experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of people management experience.
• Extensive experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle administration within a shared services or global delivery environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms, ideally Oracle, with a strong focus on data integrity and governance.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using operational reports and dashboards to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders and global audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or relevant professional certification.
• Experience working with multiple shared service locations, such as India.
