HR Shared Services Implementation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct HR process mapping (AS IS) across the LAC region, identifying activities, volumes, risks, and efficiency opportunities.
• Design and implement the future HR Shared Services model (TO BE), defining service scope, roles, responsibilities, SLAs, and governance.
• Act as PMO for the HR Shared Services Center implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, milestones, and stakeholder integration.
• Plan and execute the transition of processes to the shared model, managing change, communication, and team training.
• Structure and maintain operational documentation, including policies, procedures, and work manuals to ensure standardization.
• Define and monitor performance and quality indicators, proposing continuous improvements and technological solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

• Must reside in the metropolitan area of São Paulo.
• University degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in HR shared services implementation projects.
• Technical expertise in process mapping and detailing.
• Intermediate proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SuccessFactors.
• Previous experience in industrial environments.
