HR Services Representative I

Responsibilities

• Resolve general partner inquiries related to payroll, benefits, leaves, talent management, and talent acquisition.
• Strive to deliver first-contact resolution by utilizing HR Service Center standard operating procedures and company policies.
• Provide accurate information in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner to ensure a positive partner experience.
• Triage and escalate higher-level issues or challenging interactions to subject matter experts or management.
• Perform, review, and distribute reports and audits related to HR, quality assurance, and data integrity within HCM and time and attendance systems.
• Meet or exceed established key performance indicator (KPI) metrics as defined by management.

Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume administrative support environment supporting multiple staff or departments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Demonstrated passion for customer service, preferably within a contact center or HR organization.
• Ability to listen effectively to concerns and adapt communication styles to different customer groups.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR, a call center, or a related professional field.
