About the role

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR Services and payroll operations for the Colombia Cluster, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality employee experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR Services and payroll topics, managing escalations and providing guidance to employees and stakeholders.
  • Manage outsourced third-party vendors to ensure service excellence, compliance, and adherence to established service level agreements.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local Colombian labor laws, payroll regulations, tax regulations, and social security requirements.
  • Lead HR operational and payroll-related projects focused on process standardization, digitalization, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within Workday and other HR systems, leveraging analytics to support decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Services, Payroll, or Payroll Governance, ideally in a regional environment.
  • Deep knowledge of Colombian payroll processes, labor legislation, and statutory obligations.
  • Proven experience managing third-party payroll and HR service providers, including audits and performance monitoring.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft 365.
