HR Services Partner

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, promotions, and terminations
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee data within HRIS systems in compliance with privacy laws and internal policies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and managers
• Support benefits administration, payroll-related updates, regulatory reporting, and internal audits
• Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline HR services

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR administration, data management, and HRIS systems
• Strong knowledge of social legislation, collective labor agreements, and HR policies
• Fluency in English and the local language
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and care
• A proactive, service-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
