HR Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-functional HR Service Center operation, including contact centers, transaction centers, and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and programs designed for standardization, scalability, and automation.
• Drive continuous service transformation through digitalization, automation, and self-service-driven delivery models.
• Manage performance metrics, including KPIs and SLAs, using data and analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Oversee vendor agreements for payroll, HR technology platforms, and IT solutions to ensure compliance and service quality.
• Lead HR digitalization projects and technology-enabled initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Provide guidance and consultancy to HR Business Partners and management regarding HR policy and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience in a related HR field.
• Proven experience leading a multi-function HR Service Center.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices, payroll, benefits, and the legal/employment environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong project management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-resolution skills, particularly regarding technology-enabled change.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Direct experience supporting or leading HR digitalization, HRIS implementations, or large-scale automation initiatives.
