HR Services Generalist

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and supervisors within a manufacturing environment
• Support hourly recruiting efforts, including posting positions, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation activities
• Maintain accurate employee records, timekeeping data, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies
• Assist employees with the utilization of HR systems such as ADP, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Time & Attendance
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures in a professional manner
• Serve as the primary HR contact for staffing agencies to support plant staffing needs
• Support plant safety initiatives, employee engagement programs, and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Prior experience in Human Resources, Administration, Customer Service, or a related support function
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources experience specifically within a manufacturing environment
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Experience with SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, or Workforce Time & Attendance systems
