HR Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare, maintain, and update employee data, including performing group updates, exports, imports, and data clean-ups.
• Create and maintain key HR data sets, reports, and metrics to support human resources operations.
• Handle HR service requests via ticketing or case management tools, providing prompt and quality resolutions.
• Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to promote data governance and improve operational performance.
• Identify process gaps or data quality risks and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide administrative support, including composing confidential correspondence and responding to employee inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable educational institution.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR work experience.
• Experience in administering HRIS databases (Oracle Fusion experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (24/5 support).
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests in a fast-paced environment.
