HR Services Coordinator II

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate new hire document collection, verification, and pre-employment communications.
• Prepare employment-related letters such as contracts, promotions, and salary changes.
• Facilitate offboarding processes, including issuing termination documents and coordinating exit formalities.
• Assist with PR/PO processing for HR-related services and monitor vendor invoices.
• Handle HR service requests via ticketing systems to ensure prompt resolution and quality responses.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support operational reporting and metrics.
• Adhere to global and local HR policies, controls, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
• Ability to work rotational shifts.
