About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including preboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate new hire document collection, verification, and pre-employment communications.
- Prepare employment-related letters such as contracts, promotions, and salary changes.
- Facilitate offboarding processes, including issuing termination documents and coordinating exit formalities.
- Assist with PR/PO processing for HR-related services and monitor vendor invoices.
- Handle HR service requests via ticketing systems to ensure prompt resolution and quality responses.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support operational reporting and metrics.
- Adhere to global and local HR policies, controls, and governance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant HR work experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and attention to detail skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with high discretion.
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
