About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and update employee data within the HR information system to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform group data updates, exports, imports, and clean-ups while researching data discrepancies.
- Create and maintain high-quality human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.
- Support quality audits by reviewing system data and correcting discrepancies.
- Utilize analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people data.
- Provide administrative support, including composing confidential correspondence and responding to inquiries via phone or email.
- Offer ad hoc support to the HR Services Team to ensure process alignment and task completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable educational institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective information sharing.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and public holidays (24/5 support).
