HR Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of HR Service Associates to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the India-based HR Service Team, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries from APAC and other global regions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and improve HR system data integrity.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Handle escalated employee issues and provide expert solutions to complex HR-related inquiries.
• Partner with the HRIS team to oversee data entry, record-keeping, and various data audits.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate team effectiveness and report results to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proficiency with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work split shifts, including U.S. morning hours.
• Ability to work out of the Gurgaon office as needed.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a service center environment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
