HR Service Junior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional HR Services Team with activities related to the European Pay Transparency Directive (EUPTD)
• Manage employee tickets and handle right-to-information queries accurately and consistently
• Coordinate EUPTD-related activities across European countries implementing the new directive
• Perform operational HR administrative tasks and support employee life cycle processes
• Work closely with HR and Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure compliant service delivery
• Support the service management of business process outsourcing (BPO) providers and assist in deficiency resolution
• Contribute to global HR transformation projects and regional HR IT initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a comparable field
• Professional experience in HR Services, HR Administration, or Payroll
• Experience in HR BPO outsourcing operations or shared services environments
• Fluency in both French and English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Workday HCM, ServiceNow, or SAP is desirable
