HR Service Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage HR data transactions and simple data entry/changes on employee records within Workday
• Provide Tier 1 assistance for HR-related inquiries across the enterprise, including inquiry resolution and transaction processing
• Offer phone support for HR transactions, employee/job/data changes, compensation changes, and requisitions
• Assist employees with general HR policy questions and navigation support for Workday and the Portal
• Support Managers and HR by running standard reports, such as National IDs reports for HRBPs
• Register all interactions and track solutions via the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Manage escalations to Tier 2 or appropriate support owners when necessary
• Accomplish Call Management Framework KPIs for calls and cases

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business, or a related field
• High English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience in an HR Service Center or HR operations
• Experience with Workday or ServiceNow
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build partnerships with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in core HR operations processes
• Proficiency in additional languages such as French or Portuguese
