HR Service Centre Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of HR Analysts to ensure proficient service delivery across the organization
• Provide oversight and escalation support for employee relations matters throughout the employee lifecycle
• Champion HR risk management by partnering with internal defense teams to identify risks and strengthen controls
• Oversee enhancements from audit findings and ensure HR service delivery meets all regulatory requirements
• Manage HR vendor relationships and drive outsourcing and Third-Party Risk Management processes
• Support enterprise-wide HR projects, including process improvements and Workday integration
• Prepare and analyze KPI information, reports, and bulletins for senior leadership stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience)
• Extensive experience managing teams within shared service environments in Financial Services or other regulated sectors
• Broad understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, GDPR, and FCA regulations
• Experience managing transactional HR services using CRM or ticketing systems such as Workday or ServiceNow
• Expertise in process mapping to design efficient workflows and support continuous improvement
• Strong literacy and numeracy skills for complex reporting and statistical analysis of performance data
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups
