About the role
Responsibilities
- Process personnel mutations (inflow, movement, and outflow) in the HR system
- Answer questions from colleagues and managers regarding regulations and conditions
- Support absenteeism administration and prepare salary processing
- Perform testing in SAP and contribute to digitalization projects
- Analyze complex files and suggest solutions
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements
- Guide and support colleagues within the HR Service Center
Requirements
- MBO 4 working and thinking level
- Minimum 3 years of work experience, preferably in an administrative role
- Accurate, organized, and structured approach to administrative work
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication in Dutch and English
- Experience with SAP R/3 is a plus
