HR Service Center - Associate Experience Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and HR support to associates and managers via phone and the ServiceNow portal.
• Respond to general HR inquiries regarding payroll, timekeeping, performance management, and employment benefits.
• Manage and resolve service cases while ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete operational tasks including new hire I-9s, associate reverifications, and processing requests to work abroad.
• Assist with the annual review and updating of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs).
• Execute HR programs and projects to ensure successful completion of departmental initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with HR or Call Center experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of HR or Call Center experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Detail-oriented approach to data accuracy and problem resolution.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, self-directed, and team-focused environment.
