HR & Safety Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with associates regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
• Support new-hire training and onboarding processes
• Partner with third-party staffing agencies for hiring and record keeping
• Review and process timecards and attendance records for payroll accuracy
• Track and file corrective actions, employee statements, safety incidents, and compliance documents
• Complete and file incident reports and employee safety statements
• Support and track training for workplace safety programs
• Partner with facility leadership to reinforce a culture of safety
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Lead or assist with special HR projects and initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in human resources or administrative support
• Experience in manufacturing or food production environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable being present and engaged on the production floor
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
