HR Reward Partner

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of annual reward cycles including salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions
• Maintain reward policies, job architecture, pay frameworks, and benefits documentation
• Conduct job evaluations using Willis Towers Watson methodology and support market benchmarking
• Administer employee benefits including pension, healthcare, and salary sacrifice schemes
• Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA remuneration rules, including MRTs, deferrals, and clawback provisions
• Produce reward reports and dashboards such as gender pay gap analyses and cost modelling
• Provide guidance to managers and HR colleagues on reward policy and compensation structures
• Identify and recommend enhancements to reward processes, tools, and systems

Requirements

• Experience in reward or HR analytical roles, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of reward practices, pay structures, job evaluation, and benefits administration
• High level of analytical ability with strong skills in Excel, data modelling, and reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
