About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of annual reward cycles including salary reviews, bonus awards, and promotions
- Maintain reward policies, job architecture, pay frameworks, and benefits documentation
- Conduct job evaluations using Willis Towers Watson methodology and support market benchmarking
- Administer employee benefits including pension, healthcare, and salary sacrifice schemes
- Ensure compliance with FCA and PRA remuneration rules, including MRTs, deferrals, and clawback provisions
- Produce reward reports and dashboards such as gender pay gap analyses and cost modelling
- Provide guidance to managers and HR colleagues on reward policy and compensation structures
- Identify and recommend enhancements to reward processes, tools, and systems
Requirements
- Experience in reward or HR analytical roles, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment
- Strong understanding of reward practices, pay structures, job evaluation, and benefits administration
- High level of analytical ability with strong skills in Excel, data modelling, and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
