HR Representative, Shared Services

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support and advisory services via phone, email, and HR Cloud transactions.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including offer letters, I-9 support, and pre-employment administration.
• Resolve HR system processing issues and maintain data integrity within HR Cloud, Kronos, and other systems.
• Act as a liaison between various departments such as Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Relations to resolve employee inquiries.
• Respond to unemployment claims and ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
• Execute and analyze audit reports to ensure data consistency and compliance.
• Document and redesign tasks into Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using a LEAN mindset for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ year of experience in human resources or customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, or Access).
• Authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to work onsite at the Hinckley Parkway location in Cleveland, OH.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree specifically in Human Resources or Business.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish speaking and writing).
