HR Reporting Specialist, Global HR Modernization

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive data analysis and reporting to support HR decision-making and business intelligence initiatives
• Manage the deployment of reports in the Power BI app, ensuring consistency with data management and privacy requirements
• Support HR Reporting knowledge management by documenting requirements, access rules, roles, and calculations
• Provide system maintenance and tier 2 technical support for HR reporting solutions, resolving issues escalated from Employee Services
• Assist the team with technical expertise regarding database queries, scripts, automation, and technological architecture
• Collaborate with GHR Technology teams to coordinate system updates, configurations, and reporting technology maintenance
• Research leading trends and practices in HR technologies to provide actionable insights to management

Requirements

• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Strong data analysis skillset with proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Deep understanding of data governance, data infrastructure, and dataflow
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python is considered a strong asset
