HR Recruitment Support with French

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiters to organize weekly status updates and recruitment activities
• Coordinate job interviews, including initial phone screenings and scheduling online or physical interviews
• Manage candidate logistics, such as booking lunches and processing travel expense reimbursements
• Act as a point of contact for all recruitment participants, including managers and HR Business Partners
• Draft and manage employment contracts for various contract types (fixed-term, indefinite, etc.)
• Handle administrative files and ensure the smooth management of the hiring process
• Validate monthly salary slips for new hires and answer administrative inquiries from stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluency in both English and French
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Assistant, Recruiter, or in a similar administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel
• Proactive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-oriented approach
