HR & Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Recruit elite, high-performing talent at volume (1–3 new hires per month)
• Lead full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, interviewing, and closing
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Run performance management cycles and support leadership in growth conversations
• Drive initiatives to improve Employee Promoter Scores (EPS) and team culture
• Oversee payroll accuracy and HR compliance
• Plan and execute employee engagement programs and in-person team events
• Build and reinforce an in-office culture focused on accountability and community

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or talent development
• Proven success hiring and developing high-performing talent
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and performance systems
• Proficiency with HR software (HRIS, ATS, etc.)
• Knowledge of HR compliance and payroll
• Ability to thrive in high-growth or performance-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR or recruiting experience in a startup setting
• Experience improving Employee Promoter Scores (EPS)
• Background in community leadership (e.g., coworking, coaching, or sales leadership)
• Experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing
• Athletic or competitive background
