HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
• Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
• Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles
• Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
