Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar positions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring needs
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
- Ensure timely hiring while maintaining recruitment quality and efficiency
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
- Proven experience hiring blue-collar roles
- Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is a must
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
