HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for design and creative positions, including sourcing, screening portfolios, and conducting initial interviews
• Develop sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of creative talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and portfolio platforms like Behance and Dribbble
• Coordinate design assignments, portfolio reviews, and interviews while maintaining regular communication with candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment planning and hiring needs
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and hiring documentation
• Manage multiple high-volume hiring pipelines simultaneously with speed and attention to detail
• Support offer processes, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding coordination

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven experience hiring for creative, design, or digital-related positions (UI/UX, Graphic Design, Motion Design, etc.)
• Experience working in creative agencies or fast-paced service-based businesses
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and Glints
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
