About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse qualified candidates
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals for sourcing
- Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for qualifications and cultural fit
- Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Support employee onboarding, induction programs, and engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records in the ATS and HR systems
Requirements
- MBA with relevant technical recruitment experience
- Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
- Hands-on experience with job portals and closing positions through referrals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with extreme ownership and openness to feedback
