HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract diverse qualified candidates
• Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and referrals for sourcing
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings for qualifications and cultural fit
• Coordinate in-person or virtual interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers
• Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
• Support employee onboarding, induction programs, and engagement initiatives
• Maintain accurate recruitment and HR records in the ATS and HR systems

Requirements

• MBA with relevant technical recruitment experience
• Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment
• Hands-on experience with job portals and closing positions through referrals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter mindset with extreme ownership and openness to feedback
