HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline for the logistics center.
• Collaborate with leaders to anticipate hiring needs and identify talent through various channels.
• Analyze selection KPIs and reports to contribute to data-driven decision-making.
• Design and execute local employer branding campaigns and manage social media presence.
• Coordinate onboarding programs, including welcome sessions and mentoring, to ensure an excellent new hire experience.
• Monitor and improve the candidate experience and onboarding processes through continuous feedback analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within high-volume environments such as logistics or retail.
• High level of English proficiency (minimum B2).
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong organizational skills and high emotional intelligence.
• Proactive mindset with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work onsite at the Logistics Center in Cheste, Valencia.
