About the Company

JYSK is a rapidly expanding retail chain with more than 3,000 stores in 50 countries. To support this expansion, a new distribution center is being built in Lelystad, which is expected to be operational by early 2027.

Responsibilities

• Guide candidates from initial contact to their first working day
• Recruit new colleagues on a large scale for the distribution center
• Collaborate closely with managers to attract top talent
• Organize and represent JYSK at events, fairs, and recruitment days
• Contribute to Employer Branding through creative campaigns and content
• Proactively search for talent and build a strong network
• Play a role in onboarding to ensure new colleagues feel at home

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment (e.g., corporate recruiter or agency)
• Independent worker with strong initiative
• Strong communication skills with the ability to enthousiasme others
• Fluent in Dutch and English
