HR Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Identify hiring sources such as job portals, advertisements, and internal references
• Coordinate with candidates and department heads to schedule interviews
• Manage joining formalities and employee documentation
• Maintain HR calendars, schedule appointments, and compile reports
• Update computer systems and enter HR data accurately

Requirements

• PG in HR or relevant diploma
• Must be a graduate
• Knowledge of salary components and statutory deductions
• Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing
