About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment for sales and field roles including FC, ASM, and Sales Executives
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
- Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
- Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
- Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
- Coordinate with payroll and attendance teams
- Handle basic employee queries and exit formalities support
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
- Strong experience in sales and field-force hiring
- Exposure to retail, healthcare, BFSI, or telecom sectors
- Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or a relevant field
- Stable career profile with minimal frequent job changes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
