About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end non-IT recruitment for sales and field roles including FC, ASM, and Sales Executives
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and local hiring channels
  • Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring MIS
  • Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation
  • Coordinate with payroll and attendance teams
  • Handle basic employee queries and exit formalities support

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment
  • Strong experience in sales and field-force hiring
  • Exposure to retail, healthcare, BFSI, or telecom sectors
  • Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR or a relevant field
  • Stable career profile with minimal frequent job changes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
