HR Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Support regional HR projects by assisting in planning, execution, and monitoring from initiation through completion
• Coordinate activities, resources, and timelines across Latin America to ensure key milestones are achieved
• Evaluate existing processes, identify gaps, and implement improvements to optimize workflows
• Analyze current HR processes to support the rollout and communication of new programs and policies
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and project data within Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and leadership presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Previous experience in Human Resources through internships, working student roles, or early professional experience
• Foundational understanding of HR processes and the ability to collaborate effectively across different HR teams
• A project management mindset with hands-on experience supporting or coordinating HR initiatives
• Excellent English skills to engage effectively in a multicultural environment
• Flexibility and willingness for international travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working abroad
