HR Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Define project concepts, goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria
• Ensure end-to-end delivery of HR projects within budget, timelines, and quality expectations
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment across HRBP, L&D, Rewards, and Recruitment teams
• Track and report on project progress, issues, risks, and results to IBS HR management
• Identify challenges and conflicts, driving effective solutions and risk mitigation
• Document and close projects while sharing learnings and best practices
• Provide guidance and support on project management methodology to the wider team

Requirements

• University degree, preferably in HR or Economics
• Minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, including relevant HR project management exposure
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to present clearly and communicate with confidence
• Solid business understanding and HR partnering experience
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Fluent business English
• Experience working in an international environment is an advantage
