About the role
Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes, including managing temporary staff and onboarding interns and apprentices
- Assist with HR development projects such as employee engagement plans and Quality of Life at Work initiatives
- Support diversity and inclusion programs, including disability awareness and gender equality actions
- Manage HR communication, including LinkedIn strategy and organizing internal HR events
- Handle payroll administration tasks, such as collecting overtime and bonus data
- Maintain HR administrative records, including organizational charts and monthly workforce reporting
- Act as a point of contact for employees and temporary staff regarding HR inquiries
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master I or II in Human Resources, Business, or Social Law
- Previous experience in HR through an internship or work-study program
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented approach
- Proactive, dynamic, and a strong team player
